After hearing about this offer to all state capitols from Paradigm Nouveau, a philanthropic organization in Colorado, Suzanne made arrangements for our State House to be the recipient of this gift. After an audit of all the lights in the building, about 1,000 bulbs were delivered for installation. Using these energy-saving bulbs saves the state about $9,000 a year in electric bills.
